Van driver arrested after failing drugs wipe on A4074

A van driver was arrested after failing a drugs wipe in Oxfordshire yesterday (August 27).

Police initially stopped the vehicle after it was caught speeding on the A4074, the main road which links Reading and Oxford.

Officers were out ensuring road safety on the busy bike route.

The van driver was taken into custody and awaits the results of a blood test.
