Smitty is a brown/grey tabby with white. His estimated birthdate is Aug. 23, 2021 and he came into StreetCats on Aug. 24. He was outside in Sapulpa but he always wanted to come inside and sleep on a bed. He weighs about 11.92 lbs. and has very soft fur which is a little longer than short. He’s still adjusting in StreetCats and tends to hide, but he loves to be petted in front only. When he was outside he got along with other cats but we don’t know if he was ever around dogs. He does eat both wet and dry food.

All cats have tested negative for FeLeuk/FIV and are current on rabies and FVRCP vaccinations. All kitties have Home Again microchips implanted and are registered at no charge to the owner. StreetCats is located at 60th & S. Sheridan in Tulsa. We are open Tuesday through Saturday from 10:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. Our website is www.streetcatstulsa.org.

All people wanting to adopt must come into StreetCats and have all members who live with them come in also. We do not adopt out of the state of Oklahoma and prefer to adopt in the greater Tulsa area.

Gemma is a blue cream female with an estimated birthdate of Oct. 8, 2021 and she only weighs about 8 lbs.. She was trapped by a woman who rescued her and her very young kittens from an apartment complex that she had to get away from. In foster care she became playful but does not like to be picked up. It takes her a little while to warm up to people but when she does she is very sweet and sociable and would love to play with someone who has a wand/ribbon toy. She also loves Fancy Feast pate wet food. She hasn’t been around dogs that anyone knows about but she around other cats when she was outside.

All cats have tested negative for FeLeuk/FIV and are current on rabies and FVRCP vaccinations. She was microchipped by Tulsa SPCA so her adopter will need to contact PetLink to register her microchip. StreetCats is located at 60th & S. Sheridan in Tulsa. We are open Tuesday through Saturday from 10:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. Our website is www.streetcatstulsa.org.

I'm Macy and I am a total goofball once I get to know you. I seem to be a little bit of a picky eater when it comes to treats at first, but I go back for them later. I love to play with stuffies, I'm not sure if I would shred them or not but I like the tennis ball as well. After I'm done playing I'd love to just lay around and snuggle with you. Macy is female, 26 lbs., 6 months old, spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and is up to date on parasite preventions.

I'm a cat on a mission: PARTY! I love to play and explore and test my limits. I'd love to play with you, but I can make a toy out of anything: pencils, post-it notes, potatoes. If you're looking for some laughs and someone to liven up the party, think about inviting me. Cathy is female, 12 lbs., 2 years old, spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and is up to date on parasite preventions.

I am looking for my forever home, I think I would do well living the condo life but I can settle for an apartment. Do you want me to attach myself to your hip? When it comes to relationships, I'm very level-headed. I don't leap in paws first, if you know what I mean. But give me a little time, and then I'll shower you with purrs, head-butts, and plenty of lap time. In the meantime, you may not see a lot of me but I'll be thinking a lot of you! Cleopatra is a but spicy and would do well as a barn cat, or with someone who doesn’t mind giving her plenty of space to warm up to them. Cleopatra is female, 7 lbs., 6 months old, spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and is up to date on parasite preventions.

When Pearl was found she was emaciated and had awful wounds on her face, she required and received intensive care when she arrived to the Tulsa SPCA. We do not know for sure how she got the wounds but know she does not like a lot of barking. Both here and in foster care she has been loving and affectionate towards people and while in foster care she did well with the grandchildren of varying ages. Pearl would have to be the only dog in the home with a loving and patient family that would not hold her flaws against her. She detests cats. While in foster care she did fine in a crate. Pearl is 6 years old, 59 lbs., female, spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and is up to date on parasite preventions.

I like quiet and would love to find a forever home I can roam freely around. I am the type that follows you around and may even get there a few seconds faster than you. I am super sweet to humans and do not take too long to get acquainted with them, but please keep feline peasants away from me - they are not on my level. My kittens were okay, but I have never met a cat that I liked. Fiji would prefer a single pet home. She is 3 years old, 9 lbs., spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and is up to date on parasite preventions.

Jake and Elwood are blue tabby males with July 23, 2013 as their birthdate. They were originally adopted in 2014, but the owner died and they came back to StreetCats as we always take back cats adopted from if they don’t have a new home to go to. These boys are very identical and they have been together their entire lives. However Elwood weighs about 11 lbs. and Jake 14 lbs. and they have different personalities. Jake is more laidback and friendly while Elwood likes to growl at you and backs away, but he also lets you pet him. Neither cat has struck out at the volunteers. Both cats are accepting to other cats who have joined them on top of the cages. We would like to try to adopt them together.

Yo! Hello there! I'm the derpy boy Roger Dodger. I love to make my people smile by how goofy I can be. I'm a big boy who loves to run around. I came in with my brother who has since been adopted, so I should get along with other dogs with a proper introduction. I'm already fully grown, up to date on shots, microchipped, neutered, and current on my monthly preventions. All that I'm missing is my furever home. Roer is 3 years old, 57 lbs., male, neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and is up to date on parasite preventions.

Lola is a darling black and white tuxedo with an estimated birthdate of Aug. 2, 2021. She came to us weighing on 7.64 lbs. She had been on the streets until StreetCats took her in. She is a little shy at first but then warms up quickly once she trusts you. When she first came into StreetCats she met all the other cats without any problem, but now she has found a place on top of the cages where she can observe whatever is going on. She is definitely an inside cat and should be a great companion in a forever home.

Sheridan is a black and white male about 2 years old. He was found in the Sheridan Pond apartment complex and tried to convince someone to take him in, but no one could. He came into StreetCats about two months after he was first seen. Some of the residents were giving him food (both wet and dry) and water and taking care of him outside. He loves to be petted and he likes toys. He is laidback, outgoing and relaxed in StreetCats and adjusted quickly to being inside and around other cats. He had been neutered and vaccinated on a StreetCats voucher at Kindness Animal Hospital before we took him in. The people who were caring for him think he had been someone’s pet who was abandoned.

All cats have tested negative for FeLeuk/FIV and are current on rabies and FVRCP vaccinations. All kitties have Home Again microchips implanted and are registered at no charge to the owner. Milo is a playful, energetic, young guy. He seems to enjoy attention. He loves to play fetch! He knows sit. He can be a little vocal and jumpy in the kennel, but not so much in the yard. He has played well with a couple of other dogs. Through the kennel door he tends to talk trash to some of the dogs. He seems to be overly excited though. Once in the yard, he's a fun, happy guy. Milo is male, 50 lbs., 1 year old, neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and is up to date on parasite preventions.

Everyone meet DOUGIE! He’s a pug/boxer mix, about 18 months old, and weighs approximately 40 lbs. He’s an adorable boy with his little ET face! Dougie is full of energy and would love to have an active family, possibly with children, that will include him in everything. He’s learning his manners but needs more work with the leash. He loves to play ball and run in the backyard smelling everything (he lived in an apartment his whole life, so running free in the backyard is a new adventure for him!). Dougie is so curious and he just wants to see and be a part of everything! And he can make everyone laugh with his silly antics! So if you need laughter and an energy buddy in your life, check out our applications at carerescueok.org!

This is sweet Lysa, a 15-year-old chihuahua mix with a heart full of love. For 14 wonderful years, she was inseparable from her mom, but circumstances led her to a loving foster home when her mom had to move to assisted living. Lysa misses her dearly but has adapted well to her new environment. She's an independent and self-sufficient pup who enjoys the simple pleasures of life - being petted, taking peaceful naps, and sharing her affection. Lysa is now looking for a compassionate family to provide her with the care and comfort she deserves in her golden years. Please find our applications at carerescueok.org!

Circe is an all black female with an estimated birthdate of June 2, 2022. She is very active and loves to play. She was fostered by someone who found her and her kittens and brought them inside. The kittens were adopted prior to her coming to StreetCats. Her rescuer says she is very smart and can get into most things and that she needs a secure home to feel safe in. She has tried to meet all the other cats in StreetCats, but they haven’t been receptive to her probably in part because she’s so active.

All cats have tested negative for FeLeuk/FIV and are current on rabies and FVRCP vaccinations. All kitties have Home Again microchips implanted and are registered at no charge to the owner. My name is Shae and I was found as a stray. I'm a goofy gal who absolutely LOVES to play in the water. I have A LOT of athletic ability. I can jump over five foot fences and I love to run around. I am a higher energy dog, so I haven't found any four-legged friends yet (dogs or cats). I feel like I would do great work for agility classes and running through the courses. I just need someone who can work with me on that and train me. I would love to go on runs in the wilderness or on some hikes. I may or may not jump on little kids, so older teens would be best for me. If you feel like your family can accommodate me, maybe you should stop by. What do you Shae?

Peaches is very sweet and friendly, but other cats seem to make her nervous. Is used to primarily eating dry food. Adopted August 2021 and returned September 2022 due to peeing outside of litter box but she wasn’t on medicine consistently. Owner loved her but decided to return her. In StreetCats we have found that she will pee in a litter box with a puppy pad in it and just a small amount of litter.

However, she uses a regular litter box with litter in it for pooping so she needs a set-up of two litter boxes. She is also on Fluoxetine which is a gel that goes on the hairless area of an ear flap – switch ear flaps daily. This medication is in a transdermal gel applicator. The cost of this medicine is $75.34 for three pens on an auto ship for every 12 weeks. This medicine does have to be set up by her vet and Feline Specialties does this for her now. She would love to have a home of her own. She was recently in a “vacation” home while StreetCats had no power and she used the puppy pad litter box twice and the regular litter box the rest of the time – she had no incidents of peeing outside either litter box.

All cats have tested negative for FeLeuk/FIV and are current on rabies and FVRCP vaccinations. Unless otherwise noted, all cats have Home Again microchips implanted and StreetCats registers them with Home Again at no charge to the adopter. StreetCats is located at 60th & S. Sheridan in Tulsa. We are open Tuesday through Saturday from 10:30 a.m. until 5 p.m.

Judy is a black female with a tiny white tip on her tail. She was originally adopted in 2013, but returned to us because the owner is now homeless. Her estimated birthdate is April 22, 2013 and she weighs 14 lbs. She was the only pet in an apartment, so she’s not comfortable with other cats or probably dogs. In StreetCats she is shy and hangs out in a bottom cage (her choice), but she loves to be petted and she needs a new loving home with space to exercise and play. She was only fed dry food but seems to enjoy wet food now.

Want to get more exercise? Action is my middle name. My "Let's GO!" lifestyle will keep you motivated to get outside and move. I've got tons of energy; and just like the sun, I'm burning and working 24 hours a day, seven days a week. I'll run for miles, chase a ball for hours, and still want to play at the end of the day. I am definitely a hound and will prove it to you by singing at the top of my lungs. Bobby Ray is male. 75 lbs., 6 years old, male, neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and is up to date on parasite preventions.

I'm Bandito! I'm a very good boy, I just tend to have a medium to high energy level. I know to sit, shake, lay down, I LOVE to play fetch and play in the water. I just need someone with a firm attitude towards helping me stay in line. I tend to think that my leash is something to play tug of war with. I would LOVE it at the lake!
